Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g strawberries
  • 70 g raspberries
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 70 g grapes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • some mint
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

refreshing and delicious

Wash the berries, grapes, and mint, and chop the banana. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with mint.
