Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small Galia melon
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt (150 – 200 g)
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the melon, remove the seeds, dice the flesh, and place it in a blender. Add the yogurt. Blend. Season with lemon juice and honey. Serve over ice.
