Chili noodle salad

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, spirals
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 pack Brunch, chili peppers
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 large chili pepper(s), if you like it hot you can also add 2
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2 medium-sized bell peppers
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and let cool. Combine the Miracle Whip and Brunch and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. If you like it spicier, you can also use chili powder. Quarter the tomatoes and cucumber and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and also cut into small pieces. Drain the corn. Wash the chili, remove the seeds, and cut into very small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. The salad can easily be prepared the day before, so it can marinate. The pasta salad goes very well with a barbecue.
