Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g melon(s) (Piel de Sapo)
- 200 g sour milk
- 100 g banana(s)
- 1 dashes lime juice, fresh
- e.g. sugar or agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melon curd with banana
Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and scoop out the remaining flesh, then chop it into small pieces. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the fruit with the sour cream and lime juice. Season to taste with sugar or agave syrup and serve in glasses.
