Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g pistachios, halved lengthwise or roughly chopped
- 4 tbsp liquid honey
- 400 g yogurt (vanilla)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 bananas, peeled

a super delicious and very simple dessert
Briefly roast the pistachios in a dry pan, remove them from the pan, and mix with the honey. Stir in the yogurt until smooth. Melt the butter in the pan and fry the bananas until golden brown. At the end of the frying time, add the pistachio-honey mixture to the pan and bring to a boil briefly. Arrange the bananas on plates, pour the mixture over the bananas, and spread the yogurt on the side.
