Gnocchi in pesto cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 150 g cream
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp pesto (from the jar)
  • 400 g gnocchi
  • 200 g peas, frozen
  • 50 g breakfast bacon, thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very tasty and very quick, without bacon vegetarian

Preheat oven (electric oven 200°C/fan 175°C/gas mark 3). Mix together the milk, cream, Parmesan cheese, and pesto. Season with salt and pepper. Place the uncooked gnocchi, frozen peas, and pesto cream into a greased baking dish. Tear the bacon into small pieces and spread on top. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes.
