Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 700 g pork or turkey, diced
- 500 ml broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp mustard (hot)
- 1 tbsp, leveled tomato paste
- Thyme
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions

quickly made and yet not quite everyday
Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Then add the diced meat and brown it vigorously. Dust with a little flour and pour in the broth. Add the honey, mustard, tomato paste, and sour cream, and season with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently until the sour cream has completely melted and a nice sauce has formed. Served with rice, it’s best.
