Leek schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels or pork schnitzels
  • 2 balls of mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks, cut into rings
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper (pound the pork schnitzels first) and place each raw schnitzel on a piece of aluminum foil brushed with oil. Spread the leek evenly on top. Finally, arrange the leeks on top of the mozzarella slices. Seal the aluminum foil and place the schnitzels in the preheated oven. Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Serve with basmati.
