Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 6 tsp red chili flakes
  • 5 tsp garlic granules
  • 5 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 5 tsp marjoram
  • 5 tsp oregano, dried, optional
  • 5 tsp juniper berries, dried
  • 4 tsp soup greens, dried
  • 3 tsp savory, dried
  • 3 tsp parsley, dried
  • 5 tsp onion granules
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp sea salt, coarse
  • 1 tsp peppercorns, colored
  • 1 tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

homemade, makes approx. 50 g

I use a teaspoon to measure. Put everything into an electric coffee grinder or blender and grind thoroughly. This yields approximately 50 g and fits into a standard spice jar.
