Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g chestnuts
  • 70 g dark chocolate with 80% cocoa content
  • 70 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 30 g butter or coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

vegetarian or even vegan option

Soak the chestnuts for about 10 minutes, then score them and boil them in water for about 15 minutes. Peel the chestnuts and simmer them in a little water until very soft. Then add all the remaining ingredients to the hot chestnuts and blend everything with a hand blender until smooth. The proportions of the ingredients can be adjusted to suit your taste. Closed jars will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
