  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp red wine, dry
  • 1 tbsp mustard (honey)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ pack of herbs de Provence, frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Make a marinade with olive oil, red wine, mustard, herbs, and spices. Cut the meat into strips and add it to the sauce. Let the meat marinate for about 30 minutes. Then fry everything in a pan. We serve it with flatbread and tzatziki. I always adjust the marinade to taste, often using more sweet mustard.
