Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g olives, green and/or dark
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 small onion(s), red
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 50 g ground almonds
- herbal salt
- possibly olive oil
Instructions

Olive paste, refreshing spread, addictive!
Blend the olives with parsley, garlic, onion, and lemon juice in a blender until a paste forms. Then add the finely ground almonds and season with herb salt. The olive oil should already give the paste a spreadable consistency; if not, you can refine the tapenade with olive oil. If you don’t have a blender or food processor, you can also chop the olives and mash them with a fork. You can also add the finely chopped onion. The tapenade tastes delicious with fresh vegetables, salad, potatoes, pumpkin, or even on bread.
