Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 pineapple
- 1 mango(s)
- 8 lychees
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- Salt

Cut the fruit and meat into roughly equal-sized pieces and skewer them alternately on a wooden skewer. Season with salt and fry in hot oil for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until the chicken is cooked through. When the skewers are done, place them on plates and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Enjoy as a side dish with salad or rice, or simply with bread.
