Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (speculoos spice)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and seasoning into a bowl. Stir in the milk and eggs, one at a time, until lump-free. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir the batter thoroughly again. Heat a small nonstick pan and melt a little butter. Cook the pancakes over medium heat. Makes about 10 small pancakes. The pancakes taste delicious sprinkled with powdered sugar, spread with apple syrup, or topped with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce.
