Seafood in spicy sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g seafood
  • 25 g butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 15 g corn flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ¼ liter fish stock
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • chili powder
  • Spice mix (paella spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic and onions over low heat for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the cornflour and sauté briefly. Then gradually stir in the milk and fish stock with a whisk and bring to a boil. Add the seafood and cook in the sauce. Season to taste with vinegar, lime juice, chili powder (fresh chili can be used for a spicier flavor), and paella seasoning. Serve with rice.
