Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g rice
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 100 ml cream
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 150 g ketchup
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • Thyme
  • Salt (tomato salt)
  • 50 g cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Very tasty stew

Cook the rice in the vegetable broth. Peel and dice the onions, and fry them in a hot pan. Add the minced meat, chop it, and fry it. Wash and chop the shallots, chilies, and bell peppers. Add them to the pan along with the rice. Deglaze with cream. Add the yogurt and ketchup, stir well, and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, basil, and tomato salt. Finely dice the cheese, add it to the pan, and let it melt with the lid on. Serve hot.
