Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) turkey breast fillet(s), approx. 600 g
- salt and pepper
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 4 slice(s) pineapple from the can
- 4 tbsp Emmental cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the turkey breast fillet, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Grill briefly on both sides over high heat, then remove from the grill. Top each turkey breast fillet with a slice of cooked ham, a slice of pineapple, and a tablespoon of grated cheese, then grill for about 10 more minutes.
