Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 3 tbsp gyro seasoning
- 12 stalk(s) asparagus, cooked
- 24 strips of bacon
- 8 tbsp Emmental cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Flatten the turkey cutlets slightly and season. Place three asparagus spears in the center of each cutlet and sprinkle with some cheese. Roll up the turkey cutlets, secure with toothpicks or a skewer, and wrap with bacon strips. Place the rolls on the grill. When the bacon is nice and crispy, the meat should be cooked through.
