Grilled feta and minced meat meatballs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed or pork
  • 1 point feta cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Sea salt, freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil, chives, alternatively herbs de Provence), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the feta cheese and cut it into small cubes. Crush the garlic cloves. Mix everything with the ground beef, add the herbs, and season with pepper and salt. Mix well and form flat meatballs. Lightly grease the grill rack to prevent sticking. It’s best to let the meatballs marinate for a few hours before grilling. We serve them with tzatziki and ciabatta.
