Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bell peppers
- ½ kg minced meat
- ¼ kg feta cheese
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Hollow out the peppers. Season the minced meat generously with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Mix with finely chopped feta cheese and stuff the peppers with the minced meat and cheese mixture. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on the grill for about 40 minutes. Serve with a green salad or rice.
