Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g meat (of your choice), for grilling
- 200 ml beer (pilsner)
- 200 ml olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for almost all types of meat
Mix beer, olive oil, and spices to make a marinade (I use a milk frother). Add the meat and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. Then simply place it on the grill and grill as usual. Be careful with the olive oil, as it can burn the meat. It’s best not to leave the meat near an open flame.
