Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g walnuts, chopped
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 175 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough, adding the walnuts last. Chill for half an hour, then form into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 175°C.
