Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml milk or soy milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 5 small pretzels
- n. B. Liquid sweetener
- Ice cubes, optional
- 1 tbsp cream, whipped or spray cream
- 1 small pretzel(s)
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce

In a blender, combine milk or soy milk with peanut butter, pretzels, liquid sweetener, and ice cubes (optional) until creamy. Whip the cream. Pour the milk into a glass and top with cream, pretzels, and a little caramel sauce. The shake has 210 kcal.
