Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 375 g sausage (Mettwurst)
  • 3 large onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 9 tbsp tomato paste
  • 750 g bell pepper(s)
  • 3 small cans of red beans
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 400 ml red wine
  • 6 cubes of stock
  • Salt and sugar
  • Chili powder and paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat in fat, slice the sausage, roughly chop the onion, and dice the garlic cloves. Add everything to the minced meat and cook thoroughly. Slice the bell peppers, add them to the minced meat, and cook. Drain the beans and add them to the minced meat. Deglaze the minced meat with the water. Add the red wine and stock cubes and bring to a boil. Add the beans and simmer gently for another 5 minutes. Season to taste.
