Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, for baking
  • 50 g chocolate coating
  • some sugar, if you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the bananas, break them into large pieces, and place them in a blender or tall container. Add the yogurt and briefly mix with the cocoa powder. Add the milk and chocolate coating and mix everything well until the chocolate coating is small enough. It’s up to you to decide; I like it to have smaller pieces. Add a little more sugar to taste. It tastes best when it’s been chilled for about an hour beforehand, but if the ingredients come from the fridge, you can also drink it straight away. This amount makes 2 x 250 ml glasses.
