Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg pork mince, seasoned
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 stale roll
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 600 g mushrooms, fresh or from the jar
- 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 1 bag of grated Gouda cheese, 150 – 200 g
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Soak the bread rolls and squeeze them out, then add them to the minced meat. Knead in the egg and mix with the finely chopped onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper strips. Place the meat mixture on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 45 minutes. Spread the paprika sauce on top and sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes.
