Filling for wraps with minced meat

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • ½ pack of cheese, grated
  • Salsa
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the peppers and tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the iceberg lettuce, drain it, and cut it into strips. Fry the ground beef in a little oil in a pan, add the diced onion, and season lightly with salt and pepper. When the ground beef is cooked through, add salsa (amount as desired), half of the diced peppers and tomatoes, 1/4 of the grated cheese, and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Mix well and let it sit for a short while. Place 3-4 heaped tablespoons of the filling in the center of each wrap, add some of the remaining diced peppers and tomatoes, the iceberg lettuce, the cheese, and 1-2 teaspoons of sour cream, and roll or fold the wraps. Or: Place everything in small bowls and place the wraps on the table so everyone can fill their own wraps as they please.
