Spaghetti from the tray

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 600g spaghetti
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste, seasoned
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red each
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until slightly firm to the bite. Cut the leek into thick rings and cook for about 4 minutes. Drain everything thoroughly. Clean the tomatoes and peppers and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley, onion, and garlic. Lightly fry the onion and garlic in a little oil. Add the tomato paste and mix thoroughly. Mix the eggs with the cream and cheese. Add the onion and garlic. Mix all ingredients (except the pasta and leek) thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Finally, stir in the pasta and leek. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
