Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g broccoli
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 onions
- oil
- 1 bunch of soup greens, fresh
- 5 tbsp crème fraîche (also low-calorie)
- oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Chop the vegetables. Dice the onions and garlic. Sauté them in oil, add about 500 ml of water, the broccoli, and the vegetables, and season with salt and pepper if desired. Simmer everything for 15 minutes. Then puree and add the crème fraîche. If the vegetables aren’t strong enough for your liking, you can also add a little broth. Done.
