Wild garlic cappelloni with minced meat sauce, baked

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 250 g pasta (cappelloni with wild garlic filling)
  • 1 small onion(s) , small
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp tarragon, freshly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • Salt
  • Pepper, Vindaloo
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Wild garlic, dried
  • 100 g cheese (gratin cheese)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 250 ml reduced-fat cream
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cm ginger

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Lightly fry the minced meat and diced onion. Dice the bell pepper and ginger and add them. Add 3 crushed garlic cloves to the pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes. Mix the cream, milk, tarragon, remaining crushed garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, wild garlic, paprika, and 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Season the minced meat in the pan with vindaloo, salt, and pepper, and remove from the heat. Place the cappelloni in a baking dish and spread the minced meat mixture over it. Pour the milk and cream mixture over the top and sprinkle everything with the grated cheese. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for about 20 minutes.
