Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g beef
  • 150 g pork
  • 1 roll
  • 2 eggs
  • some milk
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Paprika powder
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil 1 egg for 5 minutes and peel. Finely chop the beef and pork or mince it. Soak the bread roll in milk and squeeze out any excess liquid. Combine the minced meat with the bread roll and the second egg. Season with salt, pepper, basil, and paprika. Form a loaf and enclose the 5-minute egg. Bake in a buttered casserole dish at 220°C for about 35 minutes.
