Quick spicy tomato pesto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 100 g macadamia nuts, unsalted
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 30 g Parmesan or other hard cheese
  • 150 g olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp thyme, dried
  • chili salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

easy and fast

Finely chop the tomatoes, cheese, and garlic. Grind them together with the nuts in a blender. Mix with all the remaining ingredients and season with chili salt.
