  • 3 tbsp jam (blackcurrant), black
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 2 pinch(s) chili powder (Pul Biber)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

fruity and spicy

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve cold with the grilled food. The spiciness can, of course, be adjusted to your liking.
