- 3 tbsp jam (blackcurrant), black
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 2 pinch(s) chili powder (Pul Biber)

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve cold with the grilled food. The spiciness can, of course, be adjusted to your liking.
