Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 chorizo
- 5 rolls
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 limes
- 1 bunch of parsley
- some olive oil
- 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 1 chili pepper(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
For the chimichurri, clean the garlic, onion, chili pepper, and parsley, then chop them together with the olive oil and sugar. Squeeze the limes and add the juice. Cut the chorizo in half and grill until slightly crispy. Briefly toast the bread rolls on top. Cut the bread rolls in half, place a sausage inside, and spread some chimichurri on top.
