- 2 eggs
- ½ liter of milk
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 30 g butter, melted
- 200 g carrot(s), grated or carrots

First, whisk together the milk and flour to avoid lumps, then let the mixture rest for a few minutes to swell. Then stir in the eggs and add all the remaining ingredients. Tip: You can also briefly sauté the carrots in a pan to prevent them from remaining raw, as the pancakes will only be cooked briefly. Season the mixture to taste and fry the pancakes in butter. You can use a herb sour cream sauce (cold).
