Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

French recipe

Combine the flour, milk, salt, vanilla sugar, and eggs in a bowl and whisk. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk. Melt the butter and stir in (this is best done with an electric mixer). Then brown briefly on both sides in a pan or on a crêpe pan. Top with your choice of topping, fold over, and serve immediately.
