Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 6 tbsp flour
- 1 bunch of chives
- Salt
- Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Put the flour in a bowl and mix with the eggs and milk. Finely chop the chives and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and Maggi to taste. Let it rest for half an hour. Add a little oil to a pan and cook the pancakes. We serve them with mixed salad, which we then roll into the pancakes. A very simple recipe, passed down from my grandmother, that’s quick to prepare and tastes delicious.
