Clean Cream Cheese Chocolate Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 15 g cocoa powder, heavily deoiled
  • 85 g oat flakes, fine
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 shot of water, warm
  • some chocolate cream sweetened with corn syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without added sugar, you have to like the naturally sweet taste

Mix all the ingredients together, stirring in the quark last. Stir well until you have a thick batter that pours easily, but not too easily, into the cake tin. It’s best to use a silicone tin so you don’t have to grease it. Otherwise, just use a regular tin. Bake the cake at 180°C for at least 20 minutes until golden brown. Don’t be put off if it still seems a bit mushy on the inside. Let the cake cool down; it will firm up. After 20 minutes, it will still be a bit soft. If you prefer a firmer consistency, leave it in for another 5-10 minutes. The baking time for this cake also depends on the individual consistency. Just experiment.
