Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple, sour
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 gherkins
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp, leveled curry powder
- some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
fruity tuna salad
Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Finely dice the onion, banana, apple, gherkins, and eggs and add them, mixing well. Mix the dressing (vinegar, oil, ketchup, curry powder, salt, and pepper) and pour it into the tuna salad. Mix everything well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
