Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 220 ml milk (3.8%)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 20 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 cube of yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

quick, tasty, easy

Cut the butter into small pieces or melt it in the microwave. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead thoroughly with a hand mixer for 10 minutes (!). Then let the dough rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to about 160–180°C and bake for about 10–15 minutes. The rolls are done when they are lightly browned on top. I’ve baked this recipe many times, and I love them the best this way.
