Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Salt
- 4 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- 1 chicken, or 4 parts
- ½ liter oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Divide the chicken into 4 pieces or use pre-cut pieces. Remove the skin and season the meat with salt. Coat the meat one at a time in flour, the beaten eggs, and the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
