Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pieces chicken breasts
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup(s) flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp milk
- ½ cup(s) sesame seeds
- Oil, for frying
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Divide the chicken breast fillets into four pieces and marinate them in the marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hour, depending on your preference. Then coat them in flour, then in egg and milk (beaten), and then in sesame seeds. Fry them in hot oil for about 5 minutes, turning frequently. For the sauce: Mix the ingredients and pour them over the chicken pieces in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Tips: You can use three or four of the sauce ingredients; it’s often not enough! You can also serve it with mixed rice or mashed potatoes, etc.
