  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano
  • 100 g shrimp(s)
  • 100 g tomatoes

Combine the grated cheese, eggs, baking powder, flaxseed, and oregano in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a tablespoon to form 6 discs onto the sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes. Brown the shrimp and sliced ​​tomatoes in a nonstick pan without fat.
