Wraps with avocado and shrimp

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 1 pack of frozen shrimp
  • some lettuce leaves
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • lemon juice
  • butter
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 4 wraps (tortilla wraps)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Remove the avocados from their skins and mash with a fork. Crush a garlic clove, add it to the avocado mixture, and season with a few squeezes of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a little chili. Heat butter in a pan, add the prawns and the second crushed garlic clove, and fry over medium heat according to the package instructions. Sprinkle the prawns with the parsley and remove from the heat. Meanwhile, wash and chop the lettuce, spring onions, and tomatoes. Spread the wraps first with crème fraîche, then with the avocado mixture, sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese, and top with the prawns, lettuce, tomatoes, and spring onions. Roll up and enjoy!
