Ingredients for 40 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 75 g sweets (chocolate drops), colorful (e.g. Smaties)
- 25 g sweets (love beads)
- 50 g sweets (sugar pearls), colored
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Whisk together the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy. Gradually add the eggs. Add the flour, baking powder, and milk and knead into a smooth batter. Fill a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe tufts onto two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C/fan: 175°C/gas mark 3) for 10-12 minutes. Whisk together the icing sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of water until smooth. Brush onto the cookies, then decorate with chocolate chips, candy canes, and sugar pearls.
