- 100 g beetroot
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 pinch(s) salt and black pepper, from the mill
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp psyllium, Indian
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a tall container and blend with a hand blender. Let the cream rest in the refrigerator until the psyllium husks have swollen.
