Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) salt and black pepper, from the mill
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp psyllium, Indian

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a tall container and blend with a hand blender. Let the cream rest in the refrigerator until the psyllium husks have swollen.
