Fennel and Carrot Salad with Orange

The perfect fennel and carrot salad with orange recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 medium sized Fennel bulb
  • 2 medium sized Carrots
  • 2 piece Oranges
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  1. Clean and prepare the vegetables.
  2. Quarter the fennel lengthways and slice thinly.
  3. Slice the carrots thinly with the vegetable peeler or grate them over the coarse grate.
  4. Slice the onion finely.
  5. Peel the peel of the oranges thinly with a knife and remove the fillets, collecting the juice. Halve the fillets depending on the size (cut into bite-sized pieces).
