Fennel and Carrot Salad with Orange
The perfect fennel and carrot salad with orange recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 medium sized Fennel bulb
- 2 medium sized Carrots
- 2 piece Oranges
- 1 piece Red onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- Clean and prepare the vegetables.
- Quarter the fennel lengthways and slice thinly.
- Slice the carrots thinly with the vegetable peeler or grate them over the coarse grate.
- Slice the onion finely.
