Mixed Chicory Salad

The perfect mixed chicory salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Chicory salad:

  • 1 shrub Fresh chicory
  • 1 piece Spring onion
  • 3 piece Fried peppers
  • 3 piece Panicle tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Pickled olives

Topping:

  • 3 tbsp Green sauce s.m. KB
  • 3 tbsp Croutons see m. KB
  • 3 tbsp Salted almonds see m. KB
  • 3 tbsp Walnut kernels
  • 1 stalk Basil leaves

Chicory salad:

  1. Cut the salad vegetables and croutons into small pieces and place them together with the croutons, walnuts, salted almonds, olives and tomatoes on serving plates and pour the green sauce over them. Top with basil.

Use:

  1. Side salad with many grilled dishes in autumn.
