Poultry: Turkey Goulash

The perfect poultry: turkey goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Turkey breast fresh
  • 300 g Paprika
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 3 piece Celery stalk
  • 1 piece Butcher’S onion
  • 1 piece Garlic fresh
  • 2 piece Beefsteak tomato fresh
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Vegeta spice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce light
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  1. Cut turkey meat into small pieces, soak 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oil in the onion, garlic overnight.
  2. Sear the pickled turkey pieces in a wok or stew pan with 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil, remove in portions. Then fry the onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste and a little later peppers and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Season the paprika powder, sambal oelek, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the meat again and cook for 45 minutes. Add the diced beefsteak tomatoes 10 minutes before the end. If necessary, season again.
  4. Serve with rice.
  5. Good hunger and good luck
