Poultry: Turkey Goulash
The perfect poultry: turkey goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Turkey breast fresh
- 300 g Paprika
- 300 g Carrots
- 3 piece Celery stalk
- 1 piece Butcher’S onion
- 1 piece Garlic fresh
- 2 piece Beefsteak tomato fresh
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Vegeta spice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce light
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Cut turkey meat into small pieces, soak 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oil in the onion, garlic overnight.
- Sear the pickled turkey pieces in a wok or stew pan with 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil, remove in portions. Then fry the onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste and a little later peppers and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Season the paprika powder, sambal oelek, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the meat again and cook for 45 minutes. Add the diced beefsteak tomatoes 10 minutes before the end. If necessary, season again.
- Serve with rice.
